Builder Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver high‑quality software solutions for InterQual Customize in alignment with product roadmap and architectural standards
- Own end‑to‑end development activities including design, coding, testing, and production support for assigned features and components
- Contribute to system design discussions and ensure implementations follow secure, scalable, and maintainable engineering practices
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and cross‑functional teams to deliver committed outcomes
- Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and promote solid engineering practices, including test automation, CI/CD, and Agile delivery
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of hands‑on software development experience with solid proficiency in Java and enterprise application development
- Experience working in Agile teams and delivering high‑quality solutions using CI/CD pipelines and modern development tools
Solid understanding of system design principles, coding standards, and testing practices
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners and mentor junior engineers
