About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Software
Tester Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. This is a great
opportunity for someone eager to learn about software testing processes, tools,
and methodologies in a real-world development environment.
What You’ll Learn /
Responsibilities:
- Assist
in executing manual and automated test cases for web and mobile
applications - Help
identify, record, and track bugs and defects using bug tracking
tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) - Collaborate
with developers to understand product functionality and features - Support
the QA team in conducting functional, regression, and usability testing - Document
test results, user scenarios, and test cases clearly and accurately - Participate
in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and QA review meetings - Gain
exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile
methodologies
Requirements
Requirements:
- Currently
pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field - Basic
understanding of software testing principles and SDLC - Familiarity
with manual testing processes; knowledge of automation tools is a
plus - Good
attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Ability
to follow test plans and accurately document issues - Good
communication skills and a willingness to learn.
