Designs solutions for Radiology applications for the enhancements, upgrades, application life cycle management activities ensuring scalability, interoperability, and compliance.

Designs solutions for Radiology applications for the enhancements, upgrades, application life cycle management activities ensuring scalability, interoperability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solution architecture blueprints for Radiology applications.
- Ensure integration with EMR/EHR, VNA, and ancillary imaging systems.
- Collaborate with workflow/business analysts to align technical solutions with clinical processes.
- Lead technical troubleshooting for complex applications, workflow, interface, and performance issues.
- Define standards for environment readiness, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and operational handoff.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to validate architecture, capacity, resilience, and failover requirements.
- Support transition to operations, runbook creation, knowledge transfer, and production readiness validation.
- Lead Change Healthcare and Merge PACS integrations as mandatory components of the solution.
Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years in healthcare solution architecture, with at least 7+ years in PACS/VNA.
- Deep knowledge of DICOM, HL7, IHE profiles, and imaging standards.
- Experience with multi-ministry, multi-vendor environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Change Healthcare and Merge PACS is a must.
- TOGAF or equivalent certification preferred.
Good to Have Skills / Certifications
- CIIP certification.
- HL7 / DICOM / IHE training or certification.
- Cloud fundamentals: Azure Fundamentals / AWS Cloud Practitioner.
- ITIL Foundation.
- Vendor-specific Radiology application experience.
