We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to design and oversee the technical architecture for a comprehensive blockchain platform, including stablecoin infrastructure, custodial wallet systems, and crypto-acquiring capabilities. You'll architect enterprise-grade solutions with a focus on security, scalability, and regulatory compliance across diverse blockchain ecosystems and wallet architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design a comprehensive blockchain infrastructure supporting private EVM networks with enterprise performance
• Architect, create, and refine scalable and resilient backend infrastructure for multi-chain wallet solutions, supporting various custody models, including traditional custodial, multisig, MPC, and account abstraction implementations
• Define and refine key lifecycle management practices, including backup strategies, rotation policies, and access control frameworks for various wallet types
• Architect security frameworks for digital asset custody with advanced key management solutions and keyless architectures
• Design an API-first approach with integration for banking systems and fintech services across different wallet paradigms
• Participate in security reviews and provide expert guidance on incident response plans, technical decisions, and secure operational workflows
• Oversee and facilitate key ceremonies and ensure proper governance is established for long-term technical decision-making
• Review and refine access control mechanisms and provide recommendations for system upgrades and updates
• Design hybrid deployment strategies for cloud and on-premise environments using Kubernetes
• Ensure wallet architecture and operations are compliant with financial regulations such as KYC/AML, PSD2, and GDPR when applicable
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems for blockchain nodes and transaction processing
• Lead a team of technology subject matter experts and take full ownership of technology programs
• Work closely with product, business, and engineering stakeholders, ensuring responsibility for the final product
• Maintain SME-level proficiency in technology, particularly blockchain domains

Requirements

• Extensive solution architecture experience with a significant background in blockchain/digital asset platforms
• Advanced experience with blockchain custody infrastructure and enterprise wallet architecture across custodial, multisig, and MPC solutions
• Understanding of account abstraction concepts and keyless wallet architectures
• Deep understanding of diverse blockchain protocols and ecosystems with knowledge of rollups and sidechains
• Experience deploying, configuring, and upgrading blockchain nodes and validators
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development (Solidity, Rust), role-based access control, and upgradeable proxy patterns
• Experience with cross-chain bridging, multi-chain integrations, and wallet interoperability
• Familiarity with consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, DPoS, BFT, etc.)
• Experience with blockchain monitoring tools (BlockScout, Prometheus exporters, Grafana dashboards)
• Knowledge of smart contract deployment workflows and integration with DevOps pipelines
• Understanding of private/public blockchain network setups, permissioned networks, and cross-chain communication
• Experience with blockchain security best practices (key management, secure RPC endpoints, DDoS protection)
• Deep understanding of enterprise security frameworks and cryptographic protocols
• Experience with microservices architecture, API design, and enterprise integration patterns
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premise infrastructure design (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• AWS Solution Architect or Kubernetes Administrator certifications
• Experience with Hyperledger Besu or enterprise blockchain platforms
• Experience mentoring teams and supporting ecosystem adoption
• Background in financial services architecture and payment processing systems
• Experience conducting security reviews for financial institutions
• Hands-on experience with account abstraction implementations
