Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional who solves complex problems by designing, modifying technology architecture, Implementing and testing the integration of software in these designs for correct functionality.

Responsibilities 

• Analyze current software solutions and platforms used within the company and determine ways to improve.
• Liaise with the internal teams to understand their business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
• Design, propose, document and communicate solution designs that accommodate the Agile Principles, the resilience necessary to accommodate changing and fluid requirements.
• Ensure implementation, integrations, troubleshooting and maintenance of solutions.
• Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives with eye on cost-effectiveness, ease of integration with existing systems, and potential for scalability.
• Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources, budget, and scope.
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams, including training.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the firm, including business leaders, data analysts, marketers, and the engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as solution architect or similar role with a specialization in marketing or finance or e-commerce business areas.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the cloud technologies, latest marketing tools and software trends.
• Deep understanding of various marketing applications (CRM, CMS, etc.), databases, data warehouses and their practical application.
• Proven experience with app integration using API management & development & low code integration platforms.
• Hands on experience developing no-code and low-code solutions.
• Solid understanding of Data protection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively
• communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Strong organizational, project management and leadership skills
