What You Can Expect:
Commercial perspective
• Support commercial team in customer RFQ/RFP, tender, and bidding activities for domestic and cross-border transportation.
• Design practical transportation solutions based on customer requirements, including route planning, fleet type, service model, lead time, subcontractor setup, TMS process, and operational feasibility.
• Prepare transport cost models, rate benchmarking, make-or-buy analysis, margin simulation, and operational assumptions for customer proposals.
• Develop and maintain a strong transportation vendor network to support competitive pricing, reliable capacity, and backup solutions.
• Lead transport implementation after tender award, including SOP setup, vendor onboarding, route trial, KPI setup, escalation process, and go-live stabilization.
• Work with IT and operations teams to implement and optimize TMS for transport planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and customer visibility.

• Commercial understanding and basic contractual understand
• Strong working knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding in GPS and TMS system
• Strong in issue analysis and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of transport law and regulation
• Experience in managing team in 3PL logistic
• Able to read, write and speak English
• Able and willing to lead a multi-disciplinary team and have the ambition to develop team members and other colleagues.
• Can-do mentality and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
• Strong ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business and customer organizations

• Able to work under pressure and self-motivation
• 7-10 years of experience in (preferably) transport, logistics and supply chain, related consulting, and/or manufacturing where a detailed knowledge of transportation has been obtained.
• Background with an understanding of Cross Border and Domestic trucking operations
