Job description

Who You Are

You are a seasoned Senior Presales Solutions Architect with deep data center, network infrastructure, and high-performance computing experience. You are comfortable leading customer discovery, reviewing technical designs, building take-offs, estimating services, writing SOWs, and presenting solutions that help win the business.

You bring strong engineering judgment, commercial awareness, documentation discipline, and the communication skills needed to build trust with technical and business stakeholders.

About The Role

The Senior Presales Solutions Architect supports the continued growth of Myriad360’s GPU and Neo-Cloud infrastructure business. This senior, client-facing role is responsible for shaping opportunities from discovery through solution definition, services scoping, estimating, proposal development, and technical close.

You will partner with customers, sales, solution architecture, engineering, project management, and delivery teams to translate complex infrastructure needs into clear, differentiated, and executable solutions. Success requires technical credibility, strong presales instincts, and the ability to identify requirements, risks, assumptions, and scope gaps before customer commitment.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Lead customer discovery sessions, technical workshops, and presales conversations to understand business objectives, infrastructure requirements, timelines, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
  • Assess customer data center and network environments and develop or validate infrastructure designs for GPU, AI, and Neo-Cloud deployments.
  • Interpret network diagrams, rack elevations, floor plans, bills of material, cable schedules, and logical and physical topology documentation.
  • Complete and validate take-off sheets, site assessment documentation, rack and cabling requirements, quantities, and other discovery artifacts used for pricing and execution.
  • Translate customer requirements and solution designs into detailed Statements of Work, including tasks, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, customer responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop labor and services estimates for installation, rack-and-stack, structured cabling, configuration, integration, testing, migration, commissioning, and related professional services activities.
  • Evaluate physical infrastructure readiness, including racks, pathways, cabling, fiber connectivity, optics, power distribution, cooling, containment, and environmental considerations for high-density GPU environments.
  • Identify and communicate technical, commercial, and delivery risks, including scope gaps, assumptions, alternatives, and mitigation strategies.
  • Present solution designs, implementation approaches, estimates, and SOWs directly to customers and build confidence in Myriad360’s ability to execute.
  • Partner with sales to qualify opportunities, shape technical strategy, support proposal development, differentiate Myriad360, and advance opportunities toward close.
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies.
  • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired skills and experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in presales engineering, solutions architecture, data center infrastructure, network infrastructure, design engineering, professional services, consulting engineering, or a related technical role.
  • Presales experience is required, including customer discovery, technical selling, solution positioning, proposal development, and support through technical close.
  • Data center infrastructure experience is required, including exposure to rack, cabling, power, cooling, structured cabling, fiber connectivity, physical topology, and deployment considerations.
  • Strong knowledge of data center networking and high-performance fabrics, including Ethernet switching, routing, optics, rack-level connectivity, and network dependencies.
  • Working knowledge of RoCE and InfiniBand architectures and the physical infrastructure requirements for GPU and AI cluster deployments.
  • Experience interpreting customer requirements and developing or validating logical and physical infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience developing Statements of Work, labor estimates, technical scopes, take-offs, or professional services proposals.
  • Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to lead technical conversations, simplify complex concepts, handle objections, and influence customer decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
  • BICSI RCDD certification strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Neo-Cloud, GPU, AI, HPC, structured cabling assessments, data center surveys, or high-density data center environments preferred.
