involves coordinating a new Agile Release Train (ART) focused on re-engineering
a legacy system, while seamlessly integrating with existing ARTs responsible
for critical banking functions. This flagship program will leverage
cutting-edge technologies and processes to re-platform the legacy system and

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Lead the Solution
    Train:
     Launch

    multiple ARTs and stakeholders.

  • Drive the Re-engineering
    Initiative:
     Guide
the new ART through the re-engineering process, ensuring alignment with
the overall solution vision, architectural roadmap, and business
objectives. This includes re-platforming the legacy system and developing
    a new web-based application.

  • Coordinate with Existing ARTs: Collaborate closely with
RTEs and stakeholders in existing ARTs to manage dependencies, ensure
seamless integration, and optimize value delivery across the solution
    train.

  • Champion Agile and Lean
    Practices:
     Promote
and facilitate the adoption of Agile and Lean principles and practices
across the solution train, coaching ARTs and stakeholders on their
    effective application.

  • Facilitate Solution Train
    Events:
     Plan
and facilitate key solution train events, including Pre- and Post-PI
Planning, Solution Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.

  • Manage Risks and Dependencies: Proactively identify and
manage risks and dependencies across the solution train, escalating
    critical issues and facilitating resolution.

  • Drive Architectural Alignment: Collaborate with
architects and technical leads to ensure alignment with the solution
    architecture and technical strategy.

  • Track and Report Progress: Monitor and report on the
solution train's progress towards strategic objectives, providing
transparent and timely updates to senior leadership.

  • Foster Innovation and
    Continuous Improvement:
Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
across the solution train, encouraging experimentation and learning from
    successes and failures.

  • Champion Cutting-Edge
    Technologies:
     Promote
the adoption and effective utilization of cutting-edge technologies within
the solution train, ensuring the program remains at the forefront of
    innovation in the financial industry.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Agile
leadership roles, including experience as an RTE or STE.

  • Proven experience launching and
leading Agile Release Trains and Solution Trains.

  • Deep understanding of Agile and
Lean principles and practices, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
