Solutions Engineer (Hybrid – Berlin)
We are working with a fast-growing AI startup looking for a Berlin-based Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer impact. This is a role for someone who can walk into a conversation with a technical enterprise client, earn their trust immediately, and turn complex product capabilities into clear, compelling solutions - all while staying deeply connected to the product and engineering teams shaping what's being built.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Startup experience is mandatory: Proven experience in 0-to-1 environments - building, implementing, launching, or scaling products
Strong customer-facing communication skills
Experience running demos, onboarding customers, solution walkthroughs, or technical implementations
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, founders, and customers
Strong problem-solving mindset with high ownership and adaptability
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Technical background or hands-on technical exposure (can read/write TypeScript, Python, SQL)
Able to understand APIs, integrations, technical workflows, AI products, or modern SaaS platforms
Does not need to be a pure software engineer, but must be technically credible in customer conversations

Compensation: €70k – €120k base per annum + meaningful equity
