Job description

Adelphi is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide services to students at schools in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidates will deliver specialized speech and language services to support students’ communication skills and ensure meaningful access to the educational environment.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop measurable, IEP-aligned goals.
• Provide individualized and group therapy services consistent with students’ IEP requirements.
• Monitor, analyze, and document student progress within district-approved systems.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes.
• Ensure full compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and district policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
