Temporary Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) – Maternity Leave Coverage (12 Weeks)

Looking for a meaningful short-term opportunity where you can make a lasting impact? Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team, build relationships with families, and make a difference in the lives of children.

While this is a temporary assignment, there may be opportunities to be considered for future openings based on business needs and performance.

Assignment Details

  • Temporary maternity leave coverage
  • Start Date: November 30, 2026
  • Duration: Approximately 12–13 weeks

Compensation

1099 Contractor – CCC-SLP

  • $30 per 30-minute therapy session ($60/hour)
  • $80 per evaluation

1099 Contractor – SLPA

  • $17 per 30-minute therapy session ($34/hour)

W2 Pay-Per-Visit – CCC-SLP

(Rate based on years of experience and/or bilingual status)

  • $28–$38 per 30-minute therapy session ($56–$76/hour)
  • $80 per evaluation

W2 Pay-Per-Visit – SLPA

(Rate based on years of experience and/or bilingual status)

  • $15–$23 per 30-minute therapy session ($30–$46/hour)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience required
  • Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or eligibility as an SLPA
  • Passion for serving children and supporting families
