**Job Overview:**

As a Speech Language Pathologist at Behavior Therapy Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with our sweet kiddos who are in need of speech services. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients improve their communication skills and reach their full potential.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders

- Develop individualized treatment plans

- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment

- Document progress and maintain accurate records

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology

- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

- Experience working with children with speech and language disorders

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
