We partner with our local schools to provide Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services to PreK–12 students nationwide. As a team of special education providers, we understand the education process, IDEA requirements, and the importance of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment.

TheraPeds Partners is currently hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time school-based opportunity in Eagle, Colorado. This in-person position for the 2026–2027 school year offers the chance to work with Kindergarten through 8th grade students while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication and academic success.

Position Highlights

Primary Responsibilities

As the school-based SLP, you'll provide a comprehensive range of speech-language services designed to help students develop the communication skills needed for educational success. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs
  • Completing speech and language evaluations and interpreting assessment results
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Managing an assigned caseload while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with district requirements
  • Consulting with teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support student progress across school settings
  • Monitoring student outcomes and adjusting intervention plans based on progress and assessment data

Compensation

  • $60–$80+ per hour, depending on experience
  • Estimated weekly earnings of $960–$1,280+

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
  • State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
  • National License: ASHA 
  • Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • CF-SLP placement may be available
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in use of technology
  • Fingerprint background clearance
  • Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications

Physical Requirements

Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
