Job Description
Primary Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of documents /
records so that information can be readily accessible to different organizational units
as essential reference for various decision-making scenarios.


Required Experience and Skills:
At least 6 years working experience out of which at least 5 years in Land and
Agreement administration.
Ability to swiftly understand the requirements and work on a given subject matter.
Able to plan, execute and complete work with limited guidance.
Good inter-personal skills and ability to work with his team effectively.
Adequate exposure to SAP.
Good MS Office knowledge and other PC software.
Exceptional attention to detail, flexible and adaptable nature.
Strong time management skills with high level of confidentiality.
Great written & verbal communication skills.


Educational Qualifications:
A relevant higher diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce or
equivalent.
