Requirement

Java Experience- 5+ Years

Spring Boot Experience- 3+ Years

REACT/Angular experience-3+ Years

Full Stack Development Experience-Minimum 3 Years

Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP)-Minimum 2 Years

1. Java Development

Do you have 5 years of hands on Java development experience ?

2. Springboot

Do you have 3+ years of hands-on Spring Boot development experience?

3. Full Stack Development

Do you have hands-on experience in Full Stack Development involving Java and front-end technologies (Angular, React, etc.)?

4. Microservices

Do you have 2 to 3 years of experience in developing or supporting microservices in production environments?

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

Have you collaborated directly with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams during application delivery?

This Role will Not Be suitable If

• You have limited hands-on Java development experience.
• You have not worked on microservices-based applications.
• You have no production support experience.
• You prefer purely front-end or purely back-end development roles.
• You are not comfortable participating in operational support activities and on-call rotations.

What You'll Be Doing

Engineering & Development

• Design and develop scalable microservices and enterprise applications.
• Build new functionality and enhancements for the myID platform.
• Develop, test and deploy solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.

Identity & Access Management

• Support identity lifecycle and access management processes.
• Facilitate access provisioning and identity-related service requests.
• Ensure access requests are delivered within agreed service levels.
• Improve operational effectiveness through automation and process optimisation.

Platform Support

• Monitor, maintain and support the myID platform.
• Investigate and resolve production issues.
• Participate in on-call support as required.
• Drive improvements to performance, reliability and scalability.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify automation opportunities.
• Improve platform functionality and user experience.
• Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen identity engineering capabilities.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will:

• Deliver high-quality enhancements to the myID platform.
• Improve automation and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to platform stability and performance improvements.
• Partner effectively with engineering, security and business teams.
• Help provide secure and seamless identity services to NAB colleagues.
