Required Skills
· 4+ years' experience in enterprise Java/Python Development
· Experience in Java 8 (or higher), Spring boot, Microservices, Kafka
· Knowledge of JUnit Testing Framework
· Profound experience in Kubernetes/Docker Containerization
· Experience in CI/CD using Jenkins or similar
· Experience working with REST APIs
· Solid understanding of RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
· Solid experience with Elastic Search and Redis Cache
· Understanding of scalability and performance
· Working knowledge or experience in integration with CRM applications like Salesforce or Dynamics CRM
· Working knowledge of Python Programming Language
· Knowledge of Code coverage and analysis tools like SonarQube
Desired Skills
· 4+ years of Experience in Mongo DB
· 4+ years of Experience in understanding Spring Ecosystem
· 1+ years of understanding modern JavaScript framework-based libraries like Angular JS, React JS, Node JS etc.
· Understanding of integrating Java with external systems like IAM/SAML (for e.g., Azure AD, Okta etc.)
· 1+ years of Experience with Linux Operating System · 2+ years of Cloud experience (preferably with AWS)
Roles & Responsibilities
· Be able to lead scrum calls of about 2-3 developers.
· Should be able to contribute to the code and develop stories when needed.
· Be able to troubleshoot complex problems and simplify them to simple tasks for fellow team members
· Be a highly motivated leader, self-starter and lead by example to others in the team to demonstrate do what it takes attitude to meet expectations of a project.
· Be able to estimate, plan for a medium size IT project.
· Articulate and liaison with other working groups towards the objective of the specified project deadlines in accordance with Product vision and roadmap.
