Job Description

Attend high level meetings with executive and technical leadership and provide expertise in various projects involving security within the enterprise to include:

Cloud Governance/compliance

AWS & controls (Azure & GCP helpful but not mandatory)

Data protection compliance (both customer and internal)

Responsible for driving the solutioning process during product selection and implementation and applying prior experience to avoid pitfalls

Ensuring best practices are followed and bringing up any risks pertaining to product selection, configuration and integration with existing environment

Familiarity with Access Controls and Security Frameworks like Nist 800.53 Rev 5.1, ISO 27001, SOC2, NERC-CIP, GDPR, HIPAA, HITRUST, FISMA, PCI DSS v4.0, along with the requisite hands-on security networking capabilities.

Develop customer security specific architectural design patterns and reference architectures.

Develop customer enterprise-wide specific high-level policy guidelines.

Establish customer security specific architecture governance.

Demonstrate a Security Engineering background and focus.

Work with other teams to oversee testing disciplines related to endpoints / Azure Cloud

Demonstrate knowledge working with infrastructure products such as:

SDWAN / Viptella

Palo Alto Firewalls

Cisco Datacenter Products

Azure Cloud Components

AWS

Google Cloud
