We’re seeking a Sr. Experience Designer to lead end-to-end design across complex digital products at Concentrix. In this role, you will partner with Product and Engineering to create intuitive, user-centered solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on designer who thrives on turning complex problems into impactful experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design from discovery through delivery, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and validation.
Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver high-impact experiences.
Champion user-centered design while aligning decisions to business goals and technical requirements.
Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that improve the user experience.
Contribute to the design system and help elevate design quality through collaboration and feedback.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex digital products; B2B, SaaS, or security experience is a plus.
Strong expertise in UX design, including information architecture, interaction design, visual design, research, and usability testing.
Ability to work independently, lead workshops, and drive design decisions with confidence.
Experience translating research insights into design improvements and measurable outcomes.
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools such as UserTesting, Miro, FigJam, Google Analytics, and Amplitude.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, and Claude Code.
Excellent communication skills and advanced competency in English.
