Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java backend development and React frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies and best practices. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
- Develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
- Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support application deployments.
- Contribute to CI/CD automation and DevSecOps practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong proficiency in Java (11/17) and Spring Boot.
- Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript.
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI development best practices.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and OpenID Connect.
- Exposure to performance monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 34,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 121,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
