About the Role

Join a fast-growing healthcare technology company building a next-generation platform that transforms care for patients with chronic autoimmune diseases. As a Sr/Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you'll help drive greenfield development using modern technologies and AI-assisted engineering practices in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You'll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable web applications while mentoring teammates and contributing to technical decisions across the platform.


What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js.
  • Build scalable REST APIs and integrate backend services.
  • Optimize application performance, page load times, and user experience.
  • Define and implement scalable frontend architecture and state management.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
  • Contribute to a modern AI-enabled development environment.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

  • 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications
  • Strong expertise in Node.js, React, and Next.js
  • Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and scalable application design
  • Experience optimizing React applications for performance and fast page loads
  • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with design systems such as Material UI or similar
  • Experience with GitHub, Jira, and modern development workflows
  • Strong problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Nice to Have

  • CI/CD pipeline experience
  • Azure Cloud experience or certification
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or greenfield projects
