Notes: Candidates will need to go on-site 4 days a week to either downtown Philly or Mt. Laurel office. Feedback we have received: Must have construction deployment experience or installation of cell site PM work. We need a true program manager with metrics and dashboards and smartsheets. We need candidates ASAP. I am free Thursday morning to conduct screenings .

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

As a Program/Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our Deployment/Construction Program. You will be responsible for managing the overall project lifecycle, coordinating with our internal team, vendors, construction partners, and cost analysis teams. This role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to deliver compelling presentations to showcase project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Deployment/Construction projects totaling $30-40 million.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to identify suitable construction partners and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with vendors, construction partners, and cost analysis teams to establish project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Utilize JIRA and Smartsheets expertise to track project milestones, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and budget management to ensure projects remain within allocated funds.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders through comprehensive written reports and engaging presentations.
  • Oversee the greenlight process for project initiation, ensuring all necessary approvals and alignments are in place before commencement.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, conducting regular check-ins to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage projects across 15-20 markets, including but not limited to Baltimore, Dallas, etc.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Deployment/Construction programs, preferably within the telecommunications or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cost analysis, budget management, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
