We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer for our client, a company specializing in building self-organizing technical teams and delivering high-quality software development services. With a track record of over 300 successful projects—some spanning more than eight years—our client prioritises long-term partnerships, transparency, collaboration, and innovation to maintain a 95% client satisfaction rate.
Your role:
As a Senior Backend Python Developer, you’ll take ownership of architecture decisions, system design, and implementation of critical backend features. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining server-side applications using Python
- Designing scalable APIs and optimising performance
- Implementing security best practices.
- Work with both relational and NoSQL databases
- Implement test-driven development practices
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines
Main requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Python and frameworks like Django or Flask
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Strong knowledge of API development (REST, GraphQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Solid understanding of authentication systems (OAuth, JWT) and security best practices
- Proficiency with Git and Linux-based operating systems
- Experience with event-driven architectures and async programming is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools, and monitoring solutions is beneficial
