Title: Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

About the role 

Join the LTK Family! We are searching for a senior software engineer to join the Creator organization. This team is responsible for the user experiences and systems used to onboard creators and drive their growth across LTK, one of the largest creator-guided shopping and brand marketing platforms in the industry.

The ideal Senior Software Engineer for this space will be organized, productive, and comfortable working across the full stack. You will have strong experience in building scalable, production-quality web applications that anticipate significant growth across multiple dimensions. You’ll be inventive and have a pragmatic and iterative approach to delivering high quality software. You’ll ruthlessly prioritize accomplishing the highest impact deliverables first, and provide valuable guidance to the engineering manager on the direction of the team’s web architecture and systems. You will proactively establish lines of communication across the teams and business units, and draw on them to make the team successful.

• Coming up with feasible and practical solutions to tough problems.
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality fullstack systems and experiences.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features across the stack: from early technical design and prototyping through implementation, testing, rollout, and ongoing iteration.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to deliver intuitive, performant, and accessible fullstack experiences that delight creators and brands.
• Optimize fullstack applications and services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Champion best practices in architecture, usability, security, and cross-platform compatibility across the full stack.
• Use AI tools to expedite daily workflows (e.g., code generation, refactoring, test creation, documentation) and to improve both speed and quality of web development.
• Leverage AI-assisted development practices to prototype, iterate on, and maintain web features efficiently, while holding a high bar for safety and code quality.
• Write very high-quality, well-tested code that is robust and easy to maintain.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
• Work and succeed in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
• Identify and drive improvements to our fullstack architecture, tooling, and development processes.
• Conduct constructive peer design/code reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Work with distributed teams across different time zones.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for fullstack development who mentors fellow engineers, demonstrates technical experience, and leads teams in solving challenging problems.

What you will bring to LTK

• 5+ years of software development experience, with significant time spent building and maintaining production-scale fullstack applications.
• Deep experience with modern fullstack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in React.js (or another comparable framework), including building complex, component-based single-page applications
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture and patterns (component design, state management, routing, modularization).
• Experience with modern web tooling and ecosystems (e.g., Webpack/Vite, npm/yarn, linting, formatting, testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar).
• History of designing and building highly scalable, resilient web experiences that serve a growing user base.
• Experience integrating with backend services and APIs (REST/JSON, HTTP; GraphQL) and working closely with backend teams to define interfaces and contracts.
• Strong focus on performance, accessibility, security, and usability in web applications.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools as part of the software development lifecycle (coding, debugging, testing, documentation) with concrete examples of improved productivity or quality.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code, refine it, and integrate it safely and effectively into production systems while maintaining team standards and best practices.
• Experience designing and building backend services or APIs to support web applications in a modern server side language (Go, Java
• Experience with AWS systems such as ECS, Lambda, and RDS (among others).
• Experience working in a containerized environment (preferably Docker).
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, DynamoDB
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog
• Comfortable shipping code multiple times per day.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to model and conceptualize integrations across complex systems and how services interact across the full stack.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
