We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to provide application support and operational excellence for Region 1 HR technology products. The role involves supporting business-critical applications built on Python, Django, AWS, HTML/CSS,EC2, MySql  ensuring system reliability, performance, security, and seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work closely with development, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
