Job Summary
Role:- Livevox developer
The pay range for this role is $110,000- $115,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Please find the below JD for NICE CXOne CE & Live Vox: 6+ years of experience Onsite position
NICE CXone Studio: Strong proficiency in ACD, IVR, and Studio scripting.
API & Data Handling: Work with REST APIs, JSON, and XML for data exchange and system connectivity.
Scripting & Automation: Create, test, and deploy CXone routing scripts, workflows, and automation processes to optimize contact center operations.
Experience with Nice WFM solution
Support experience in handling P1 P5 incidents, triage troubleshooting, and escalation to next level
Manage tickets across multiple platforms including ServiceNow, JIRA, and Salesforce, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
Experience with connectivity of Nice with Salesforce CRM solution.
