Sr. Sp. Process & Production Control

Division, located in Shenyang/China

Employment - full time

Tasks

Sr. Sp Process & Production Control should master the production steering process, expert knowledge for the IPSL, PLC, EINSTEIN and Monitoring system. Can support line manager run the stable production and solved the urgent problem, also reporting the production status. Can steering the incident case for normal production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Technology production achieve for daily volume
  • Maintain and use the optimization module SOP OSM and SOP PPE system
  • Maintain and use the Production Monitoring system
  • Checking and loading IPS-L loader regular program, system filling and order/body data
  • Control stable interplant production flow
  • Blocking/releasing orders , scrapping, plant order
  • KPI target steering
  • Incident case steering for all technical
  • Knowledge about incident management
  • Cooperate with IT for the data correctness
  • F2 on time target achievement
  • control all technologies with focus global optimum and make suggestion to management
  • support and working in projects
  • Support the build time recalculation
  • Support the maintenance of the working calendar in IPS-L
  • Creating process, and support to the line manager
  • control all technologies with focus global optimum and make suggestion to management

Qualifications

  • Transformation mindset for production steering
  • Questions and optimize production process
  • University degree / graduated in Logistics, Automotive industry
  • Knowledge of fluent English
  • Knowledge of Computer skill, office software
  • Proficiency with Logistic production control process
  • SQL language
  • Logical analytic thinking, taking responsibility for own decision
  • Skills with WinCC and related system
  • Understanding of whole production process in technology
  • Background in Industrial knowledge
  • Experience with system operation in automotive company
  • Several years experience in logistic production control
