Job description

Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

Intuit’s strategy is to be an AI-Driven Expert Platform: a system of intelligence that does the work for customers. The Tech Strategic Programs team (similar to the Office of the CTO at many companies) enables this strategy by driving the Technology Operating Rhythm. The Technology Operating Rhythm is how we set strategy and expectations, build capability, monitor performance, inspire employees, and instill accountability — keeping 8,000+ technologists focused on impact and outcomes for customers.

We are looking for a strategic problem solver and leader with a passion for innovation, AI, and data-driven execution. You will be part of a high-performing team that partners with senior leaders to deliver the Technology Operating Rhythm. In this role, you will design and lead AI-driven operating mechanisms, partner with operating mechanism leaders to embed AI into how we work to accelerate decision making, insight generation, prep automation, and scale best practices across the Technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Design and operationalize AI-first mechanisms that enhance efficiency, clarity, and decision velocity across the Technology Operating Rhythm.
  • Partner with the CTO, Tech Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can automate or augment leadership processes (e.g., insights synthesis, artifact generation, predictive risk identification).
  • Lead the evolution of Tech Tuesday and other Tech Operating Rhythm mechanisms, applying AI to surface themes, trends, and performance signals faster.
  • Build and manage cross-functional programs that strengthen alignment, accountability, and execution across Intuit Tech.
  • Partner with design, data, and engineering teams to evolve how insights are surfaced, and how leadership artifacts are created, shared, and consumed through AI-powered tools.
  • Create and scale AI-enabled templates, workflows, and tools to standardize operational best practices across the Tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

Strategic Problem Solving & Business Acumen

  • Proven ability to translate company strategy into execution through well-designed operating mechanisms.
  • Experience applying AI and automation tools to accelerate outcomes and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills—able to turn insights into clear action and influence across levels.

Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Demonstrated success driving clarity, accountability, and performance improvement across large, complex programs.
  • Skilled in applying structure to ambiguity and driving measurable outcomes through process, data, and continuous iteration.

Leadership & Influence

  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills; influences and aligns cross-functional partners without authority.
  • Experience leading AI-driven change and fostering adoption across diverse teams.

Technical & Data Fluency

  • Technically conversant in AI, automation, and data analytics; partners effectively with engineering, design, and data teams to build scalable tech systems.
  • Comfortable using analytics and experimentation to drive operational decisions.
