You will support and enhance the daily operations of our program by identifying, planning, and executing strategic improvement projects spanning multiple teams. You will apply your knowledge of project management and the threat intelligence lifecycle to deliver automation efforts that scale intelligence for Amazon, coordinate intelligence sharing across teams, and implement improvements and efficiencies across the organization. You will identify future opportunities for improvement through implementing and analyzing quantitative metrics around program functions. You will help the team develop repeatable processes that improve program capabilities and project execution. You will be a crucial element for both our threat intelligence team and for larger intelligence priorities across Amazon ensuring the continued safety and security of our customers.

This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen.

Key job responsibilities
The successful candidate will work as a leader in a team of talented security professionals. You will be responsible for program management across ACTI's customer experience initiatives, data governance, metrics and reporting, and the operational rhythm of business activities. You will own the customer feedback cycle, coordinate cross-team goals and priorities, and ensure that analyst requirements are effectively translated into actionable engineering roadmap items. You will have a strong mix of program management expertise, customer obsession, security fundamentals, and experience working with intelligence or security operations teams. We are looking for TPMs who excel at solving ambiguous problems, removing obstacles, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders. You will design and implement processes, drive metrics-based improvements, and work with analysts, engineers, and customer teams to develop innovative solutions to complex organizational challenges. You will be able to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery. You are proactive in removing roadblocks and can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will influence diverse teams, effectively rally support for your initiatives, and help technical and analytical teams create simple solutions to meet customer goals.
