Key job responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional program execution by coordinating with product, engineering, accounting, and finance stakeholders to deliver financial systems that meet technical requirements and business objectives
- Drive metrics-based decision making by collecting, analyzing, and communicating data that informs project direction and helps teams prioritize work
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment by conducting regular communication with leadership at director and VP levels, ensuring transparency around project status, risks, and key performance indicators
- Balance competing priorities by managing the tension between long-term product vision and immediate business needs, advocating for an incremental approach that delivers value consistently
- Articulate technical strategy by translating complex technology choices and architectural decisions for diverse audiences, building shared understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Your day might include facilitating alignment meetings with engineering and product teams on system architecture decisions, reviewing metrics and data to inform project direction, or presenting technical trade-offs to senior leadership. Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
