A successful candidate will also demonstrate:

- Demonstrated ability to influence management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
- Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

- Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the market landscape
- Ability to travel 50 - 75% of the time

Key job responsibilities
Program Strategy & Lifecycle Ownership — Own end-to-end program strategy, roadmap, and OP narratives for OIS infrastructure reliability across Lifecycle, Move Off Corp, and new Robotics initiatives. Set objectives, analyze data, and influence resource allocation across competing priorities.

Technical Leadership — Understand system limitations, scaling factors, and architecture decisions for OIS infrastructure supporting Robotics environments. Decouple dependencies across workstreams and enlist Senior/Principal Engineers to ensure solutions scale.

Cross-Functional Execution — Manage complex initiatives spanning OIS, Robotics engineering, Field IT, and deployment teams. Negotiate resources, make short-term vs. long-term trade-offs, unblock teams, and escalate effectively when cross-organizational dependencies create roadblocks.

Stakeholder Influence & Communication — Advise Sr. Managers and Directors on program health, risk posture, and strategic trade-offs. Write 6-pagers, present to Directors/VPs, and build consensus across discordant stakeholder views.

Risk Mitigation & Process Improvement — Proactively identify and mitigate risks across aging infrastructure, Corp migration complexity, and new initiative integration. Streamline processes for solution intake, deployment readiness, and field handoff.

Mentorship & Talent Development — Mentor TPMs/TIPMs, provide constructive feedback across the Robotics and OIS ecosystem, and participate in hiring and promotion assessments.
