To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking a Process Engineer to develop, industrialise and optimise the manufacturing processes for our fuel cell stacks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimise stack manufacturing and assembly processes from prototype to series
• Define process parameters, work instructions, control plans and FMEAs for various steps of stack production
• Design and specify tooling, fixtures and process equipment together with suppliers
• Lead process validation, capability studies and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma)
• Troubleshoot process and quality issues on the production floor
• Work with materials, test and design engineers to ensure manufacturability
• Support scale-up of production capacity
Skills and Experience Required:
• BSc/MSc in mechanical, chemical, materials or manufacturing engineering is mandatory
• Minimum 5-6 years of process engineering experience in a hardware manufacturing environment
• Experience with fuel cells, batteries, electrochemistry, coatings or precision assembly is a strong plus
• Knowledge of FMEA, control plans and process validation
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SolidWorks and ERP experience is a plus
• Team player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts
• Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German is a plus
