We have 5 positions varying from Assistant Manager to Director level. Candidates are considered for the right position as per the experience levels.


Must be able to:
  • Effectively manage stakeholders with work plans and clear deliverables
  • Interface with a wide range of management level internal stakeholders, including c-suite interactions
  • Agree priorities and ensure the required outputs are delivered on schedule
The position will cover all facets of strategy execution as this is a hands on role. 
Candidates are expected to be:

            

  • Interviewing very senior executives to solicit their input and refinements
  • Working with multiple business unit and functional leads to guide their contributions
  • Developing high-level project plans, targets and benefits tracking


Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of business/commercial experience 
  • 4-6+ years experience in strategy execution
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Should be hands-on  
  • Should have very good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills with the ability to deliver a clear storyline supported with high-quality insightful slides containing high-quality analysis and clear findings 
  • Strong senior stakeholder engagement experience
  • Balanced scorecard/KPI setting/Initiative design/project management
  • Cultural sensitivity is a must
  • Arabic speaking is NOT a must.
