Use
a range of computer software for developing detailed project designs
(structural & steel) and undertake complex calculations
Liaise
with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, quantity
surveyors, subcontractors
Manage,
design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large scale
projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
Carry
out technical and feasibility studies to draw up blueprints that satisfy
technical specifications
Prepare
project plan, ensure jobs are executed according to plan and timeline to
meet clients’ expectation
Assess
potential risks, materials and costs of ongoing and upcoming projects:
advice Project lead/management appropriately.
Inspect
project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design
specifications and safety/sanitation standards
Provide
technical advice regarding design, construction or program modifications
and structural repairs in ongoing projects
Provide
advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies (design
or developmental)
Assess
the sustainability and environmental impacts of projects
Hand
over structures and services for use after completion of projects
Other
task as may be assigned by the COO from time to time

Master's degree
in Structural Engineering is an added advantage
Experience
developing schematics for structures in accordance with client
specifications and safety standards
Project
development and leadership skills are essential
Professional
work experience in developing blueprints and designs for proposed
structures
Extensive
knowledge and experience working with various operating systems
Ability
to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a
proposed project plan
Experience
with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture
Advanced
understanding of build materials, techniques and processes
Up
to date understanding of best practices regarding building safety measures
Relevant professional certifications
