About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced a Structural Engineer to join our highly regarded, award
winning Civil & Structural team within Cardiff. The role focuses on
delivery and management, with increasing business development responsibilities.

Your Impact

This role sits at the centre of delivering the resilient infrastructure
that communities depend on every day. As a Structural
Engineer within Stantec’s UK engineering team, you will shape the design and
delivery of complex infrastructure projects that strengthen water networks,
protect communities from climate and environmental challenges, and modernise
essential assets across the country.

Working alongside multidisciplinary specialists, you will guide
technical solutions that improve reliability, sustainability, and long-term
performance of infrastructure systems, influencing how projects are delivered
from concept through to construction. Your leadership will support clients
facing increasingly complex regulatory and environmental pressures while
mentoring the next generation of engineers, ensuring the knowledge, innovation,
and technical excellence within our team continues to grow. Through this work,
you will play a key role in delivering infrastructure that supports sustainable
communities and safeguards critical resources for the future.

About You

·      
MEng or BEng in civil or structural engineering.

·      
Chartered membership/ Associate membership of the
IStructE/ ICE OR working towards Chartership.

·      
Significant experience in building structures
design.
