The ABA Squad Student Analyst Program is designed for graduate students pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience under expert BCBA supervision while earning unrestricted supervision hours toward your BCBA certification.

If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children — especially those with special needs — and want to build real-world clinical skills, this program is for you.


What You'll Gain

  • Unrestricted BCBA supervision hours
  • Hands-on clinical training with direct client contact
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Practice administering skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
  • Experience developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Supervision and parent training experience

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an ABA graduate program (required)
  • Experience working with children (preferred)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
