We are currently seeking a full-time Studio Manager at the Dover Mall!
The Skills You’ll Bring:
- At least 18 years of age with high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years of proven leadership experience, including performance management and team development, in retail, sales, service, or photography
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults
- Strong math and intermediate computer skills
Job Description:
The Studio Manager leads the day-to-day operations of a portrait photography studio, inspiring a high-performing team while providing an excellent customer experience
- Deliver remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery journey
- Execute established procedures for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography
- Lead, coach, and develop Studio Team Members
- Drive results in sales performance and customer satisfaction

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00
