    Qualifications:

    • West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate
    • Certified to Teach: Grades K - 3 and  English as a Second Language Pk-Ad
    • Experience working with English as a Second Language students
    • Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
    • Successful completion of the interview process
    • Ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the job description, with or without reasonable accommodations
    • Additional Minimum Requirements:
      • Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration
      • Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration
      • Applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible for consideration

    Summer Program 2026-2027 Dates: July 27th - 30th and August 3rd - 6th, 2026

    Hours: 8:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
    Salary: $2,000.00 - paid through Title III funds.  Contracted amount includes time required for preparation and end of program data compilation.

    Employment contingent on student enrollment.

    Position may be cancelled during program dates dependent on student enrollment.
