Job Description:Monitor and reinforce control on maintenance strategy execution in plant in alignment with country strategy.
Improves efficiency by increasing preventive maintenance across the plant and minimize breakdown and reduces mean time between failures.
Contributes to preparation of, controls annual plant maintenance budget ensuring sufficient funds to cover all routines and initiatives reflected in strategy and operational plans.
Ensure optimal spare parts and maintenance materials inventory management.
Actively participates and ensures the implementation of various infrastructure and process optimization projects in production units.
Develops business plans providing productivity improvement and strategy targets for cost efficiency.
Actively participates and ensures the implementation of various infrastructure or process optimization projects in production.
Effectively applies business performance review management routine.
Qualifications:
University degree in engineering
4-5 years work experience in the field of production management or maintenance in food or beverage industry.
