Young Talent Accelerator Program - 2-Year International Journey

System Engineer

At the end of this journey your landing position will be a System Engineer. The System Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end system development lifecycle, ensuring technical alignment between customer requirements and delivered product performance.

You will be able to

  • Elicit and manage customer requirements

  • Define system architecture and functional design

  • Develop and verify system models

  • Debug system-level issues during integration

  • Perform system calibration and vehicle application

  • Conduct root cause and risk analysis (PHA, FuSA)

Let’s talk about you:

  • EU citizen or possibility to travel and work internationally (EU) without VISA

  • Master Degree from a Technical university - max. up to 2 years after graduation

  • Short experience abroad - working or study

  • Previous short working experience during / after studies

  • Above average study results (ideally 2.0 score and lower)

  • High level of enthusiasm and motivation and able to take input from others

  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues in English to different audiences in both written and verbal forms, e.g. reports, specifications, presentations

  • Driven from within and is capable of autonomous decision making

  • Good team player ableness to work within a multinational team environment & assertiveness
