Current position is looking to onboard 3 additional System Validation engineers for supporting one of our Tier-1 Supplier developing ADAS camera vision products.
Responsibilities
- Requirements & Test Design ***
- Review system and software requirements.
- Analyze specifications and identify testable requirements.
- Develop and maintain Test Cases (TCs).
- Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
- ECU & Camera Preparation
- Flash camera ECUs with required software versions.
- Configure and set required Diagnostic IDs (DIDs).
- Support ECU configuration and verification activities.
- HIL Validation***
- Execute HIL simulations.
- Perform HIL re-simulation for issue reproduction.
- Analyze HIL execution results.
- Support debugging activities.
- Bench Validation***
- Execute validation on laboratory benches.
- Verify ADAS functionality in controlled environments.
- Report and reproduce detected issues.
- CarMaker Simulation
- Execute validation scenarios using CarMaker.
- Modify and adapt CarMaker scenarios when required.
- Support simulation-based regression testing.
- Vehicle Testing***
- Execute and validate ADAS features on proving grounds and public roads, including:
- Lane Detection
- Traffic Sign Recognition
- Traffic Light Detection
- Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB)
- Object Detection
- AMVAR validation
- Camera Calibration validation
- Precision Testing
- Perform high-accuracy validation activities using DGPS equipment on test tracks, including:
- Ground truth comparison
- Performance measurements
- Precision assessment
- KPI generation
- Automation & Scripting***
- Modify and maintain existing automation scripts.
- Support execution automation when needed.
- Improve validation efficiency through scripting activities.
- Trace Analysis***
- Analyze recorded traces and logs.
- Investigate failures.
- Support root cause analysis.
- Provide detailed validation reports.
