Job Description

We are looking for a Systems Administrator with DevOps orientation to support and enhance analytics platforms, automate recurring operational tasks, and strengthen observability and security across critical services. The role involves troubleshooting across the full technical stack and collaborating closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams.

Our client is a global technology and enterprise solutions organization, operating across cloud infrastructure, databases, analytics, and large-scale digital platforms. The company supports mission-critical systems used worldwide and maintains high standards of security, performance, and operational excellence.

Location & Work Model

  • Bucharest: Hybrid — 1–2 days/week in the office

  • 100% remote for all locations outside Bucharest

What You’ll Do

• Operate, administer, and continuously optimize our internal analytics platforms

• Automate repetitive operational tasks and refine the workflows around them

• Build and maintain observability, monitoring, and security mechanisms that keep services healthy

• Troubleshoot end-to-end — across Linux systems, databases, OCI services, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, dashboards, and data refresh workflows

• Partner with technical and business teams to keep services reliable and performant

• Help shape the scalability, stability, and resilience of our infrastructure

What You Bring

• 2+ years in Systems Administration or a mixed SysAdmin/DevOps role

• Good Linux administration, debugging, and optimization skills

• Good scripting ability (Bash, Python, or similar)

• Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines, databases, APIs, and cloud services (OCI a plus)

• A natural troubleshooter who can connect the dots across multiple layers of the stack

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

• Familiarity with analytics or monitoring platforms

• Experience in enterprise environments with strict security and compliance standards
