Responsibilities:
1. Get actionable insights from data using a variety of statistical and other tools
2. Understanding and synthesize the client needs and convey them to team members and other stakeholders
3. Create / improve statistical models
4. Leading a team of Analysts
5. Adhering to deadlines and stakeholder management
Qualifications:
1. Lead a team of 3+ members for at least 2 years
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in independent client handling
3. Has significant experience in client interaction and has good referrals/testimonials from clients
4. Has the ability to set expectations and exceed them consistently
5. Good analytical and communication skills.
6. Good knowledge in R / SAS, SQL and advanced Excel. Tableau experience will be a plus.
