As a Tech-Augmented Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-impact student conversions by leveraging cutting-edge AI and automation tools within our digital immigration advisory ecosystem. Your work will directly influence the success of our program microsites by identifying and engaging high-intent prospects in real time. By combining data-driven insights with consultative expertise, you will deliver personalized, strategic guidance on visa eligibility, language training, and immigration pathways—transforming passive visitors into qualified applicants. This role is central to optimizing our inbound pipeline, reducing friction in lead engagement, and ensuring seamless, scalable student onboarding through intelligent CRM workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor live website visitors on program microsites using Zoho Sales IQ to identify high-intent prospects based on behavioral signals.
- Initiate timely, intelligent chat interactions to engage leads with personalized, context-aware support.
- Conduct consultative counseling sessions via Zoho Voice, using real-time profile data from AI models to deliver precise, tailored advice.
- Collaborate with Zia (Zoho’s Enterprise AI Assistant) to leverage predictive analytics for determining the optimal "Best Time to Contact" each lead.
- Navigate and execute workflows within customized Zoho CRM Blueprints to validate student documentation and align with backend AI validation checks.
- Ensure consistent, high-velocity conversion of qualified leads through structured, tech-enabled processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inbound customer support, counseling, or lead engagement in a digital or consultative environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Zoho CRM, and familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret behavioral data and act on insights in real time.
- Excellent communication and consultative skills, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and precision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
