Job Description
• Lead a team of Java developers in the design and development of software applications;• Provide technical guidance and expertise in Java development best practices;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards;
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions;
