Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Java to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, and Kong API Gateway. The role involves leading technical teams, designing robust backend services, developing modern front-end applications, and ensuring high-quality software delivery using Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications using Java technologies. 
•    Design and develop scalable Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Framework. 
•    Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. 
•    Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. 
•    Configure and manage APIs using Kong API Gateway. 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts. 
•    Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. 
•    Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team. 
•    Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. 
•    Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. 
•    Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployments and improve CI/CD pipelines.

•    Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. 
•    Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. 
•    Experience working in Agile development environments. 
•    Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
•    Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage. 
•    Knowledge of application security and performance optimization. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
•    Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
