- Provide consultancy to clients on architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Assess technology suitability, product viability, and alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Lead technical discussions and architecture workshops with stakeholders at all levels.
- Support planning, design, and optimizing application architecture and deployment environments.
- Analyze and resolve complex performance, scalability, availability, and integration challenges.
- Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for production incidents.
- Recommend and implement architectural improvements
- Mentor engineers and architects, fostering technical growth and engineering excellence.
- Drive AI adoption strategies, participate in the process of evaluating, piloting, and integrating AI solutions.

- Proven work experience as Technical Lead or Technical Architect
- Strong background in web/mobile development, distributed systems, and scalable architecture design.
- Strong knowledge of application security principles and enterprise security standards.
- Deep understanding of design patterns, architecture principles, coding standards, and code quality.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and R&D capabilities.
- Expertise in code quality, coding standards, design patterns, and principles
- Experience in technical leadership and coaching
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
