Interview Query helps thousands of analysts, data scientists, and engineers prepare for technical interviews. We are looking for three Technical Content Interns to support our content team in creating high-quality interview guides, question explanations, and structured technical resources.
This internship is a strong fit for students or early-career individuals interested in data science, analytics, AI tools, and technical writing.
About the Role
As a Technical Content Intern, you will help research company hiring patterns, analyze real interview questions, and write structured, informative content that teaches candidates how to succeed in technical interviews. You will collaborate with our content leads to identify question trends and produce guides that clarify how companies evaluate SQL, Python, machine learning, statistics, product intuition, and case-based problem solving.
You will gain exposure to an end-to-end content creation workflow: ideation, outlining, drafting, AI-assisted writing, revision, and publishing.
Key Responsibilities
Research companies and identify patterns in interview expectations, roles, and technical skill areas.
Write and edit interview guides, question explanations, and structured templates for SQL, Python, ML, statistics, and business case interviews.
Use AI tools to outline, draft, and refine content while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
Analyze real interview questions and provide step-by-step reasoning, sample solutions, and best-practice explanations.
Collaborate with editors and SMEs to incorporate feedback and improve content quality.
Ensure all content follows Interview Query’s style, structure, and SEO guidelines.
Help maintain and update existing guides with more recent insights, trends, and question data.

Ideal Candidates
You don’t need to be a data scientist. You do need curiosity, clarity of thought, and the ability to explain technical ideas. Ideal candidates will have:
Strong writing skills and the ability to explain concepts in simple, logical steps.
Interest in analytics, machine learning, statistics, or data tools (SQL, Python, etc.).
Ability to research unfamiliar topics and present them clearly.
Comfort using AI tools for drafting and revising content.
A detail-oriented mindset and willingness to revise content based on feedback.
Optional: coursework or experience in data science, statistics, computer science, or economics.
Time Commitment
Part-time to full-time: 20-40 hours per week
Flexible schedule
Internship duration: 500 hours spread over 3-6 months
Compensation
This internship is unpaid.
Interns receive full Interview Query premium access during the internship.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a mini writing task to demonstrate clarity, structure, and reasoning skills.
