Experience: 6–10+ years


Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and implementation across frontend and backend
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers
  • Review architecture, code quality, and deployment strategies
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
  • Ensure best practices around security, performance, and scalability
  • Hands-on development alongside the team

Required Skills


  • Deep expertise in Python / Django
  • Strong frontend experience with Next.js / React
  • Solid experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
