• Partner directly with clients to provide architectural guidance, communicate technical recommendations, and influence technology decisions aligned with business objectives
• Lead and mentor cross functional development teams, establishing engineering best practices, code quality standards, and delivery excellence

• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams to optimize deployment pipelines, container orchestration, monitoring, and production stability

• Evaluate and implement AI enabled tools, platforms, and capabilities that improve software development productivity, operational efficiency, and application functionality

• Support technical solutioning, estimation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Ps360 platform

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Hands on experience designing, deploying, and supporting .NET applications in AWS Kubernetes (Amazon EKS)

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and hybrid cloud architectures

• Demonstrated expertise troubleshooting production performance issues, including memory leaks, application tuning, resource sizing, and scalability optimization

• Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications into cloud native architectures

• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD practices

• Excellent client facing communication, consulting, and leadership skills with experience managing distributed development teams

Desired qualifications / Strongly Preferred

• Experience with AI enabled development tools and cloud AI services (e.g., Azure AI Services, Amazon Bedrock, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies)

• Experience with observability and application performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, or CloudWatch
