Develop, integrate, and implement application components including server-side development, front-end, and database integration Play a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of web-centric applications Research, track and understand new web technologies to provide technical leadership in developing service applications and analyzing business requirements as they pertain to intranet and external Internet-related systems

BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience 5+ years of experience in software application development Has a full grasp of tools and programming languages, including Java, J2EE, HTML, Angular, Java Script, multimedia applications, database interactions, and data modeling tools to accomplish assigned projects. ServiceNow platform/ ServiceNow Service portal Knowledge will be a big advantage Advanced knowledge of databases and related tools Knowledge of or experience working with ServiceNow platform Problem-solving skills and proven record of working well in a team environment Advanced proficiency in analysis, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In React.Js Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.

2. Develop And Maintain Web Applications Using React.Js And Associated Technologies, Leading The Team In Creating Responsive And User-Friendly Interfaces.

3. Mentor Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Capabilities In React.Js And Related Frameworks, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Productivity.

4. Ensure Compliance With Processes In The Assigned Module, Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Assessing Technical Alternatives, And Evaluating Best Practices.

5. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks On Projects, Facilitating Proactive Management And Resolution Of Escalations.
